The company was established in 1996 on an area of 3000 square meters in  Al Salehia El Gadida industrial area .

In 2007, added another area to become a total factory area of 6000 square meters .

The company started production in 1999 with a production capacity about 10 tons of cheese per day  and today  has arrived to 20 tons ,

now  the company is increasing production capacity to 30 tons . One of the company's  main objectives is the high quality and health safety product , the company depends  on Skilled labor .

The most important objectives that the company seeks to is  running  the largest possible number of Egyptian workers , the company trained them , Human energy  is up to be  about 250 engineer ,  clerk and worker  .
